Demons that haunt the shadows where no one else can see, too human to be hated – too close to the heart they make bleed. They come out in sweat and tears and pain, and the many shades of gray that lie between the pencil and the paper.
Wow! I think this may be what you and I should write about. No one understands what it is like to love someone with a mental illness unless they have been there. It is still such a taboo subject that everyone feels alone. You could make a big difference to teens going through the same thing.
